Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 9v777 platform. All terms relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are set out in detail here.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the account may be closed immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 9v777 support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods at 9v777 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Once a deposit is processed, the balance will be reflected in the account.
  • No additional fees are charged for deposit transactions — however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.
  • Depositing using a third-party account or payment method is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Any active bonus or wagering requirement on the account must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • 9v777 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9v777 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

The following wagering conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may be claimed only once — not multiple times on a single account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
  • If an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, both the account and the bonus will be cancelled.
  • 9v777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming decisions are considered final — bets cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of technical error or user mistake. Verified third-party game software is used to operate 9v777's games.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical issue, 9v777 will determine the outcome of that round in accordance with its policies. The data stored on the server shall always be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Markets and odds available in the sports betting section are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. 9v777 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds following a review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9v777 platform:

  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence for gaming or betting.
  • Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or software.
  • Operating an account under a false identity.
  • Using an account on behalf of a minor or giving them access to gaming.
  • Threatening or harassing other members.
  • Making fraudulent chargeback claims.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, 9v777 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. If there is a remaining balance at the time of the request and no outstanding conditions, it may be withdrawn.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 9v777

9v777 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any clause of the Terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • Suspicious financial activity.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

9v777 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be for entertainment — never as a source of income.

  • Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits on their own accounts.
  • Self-exclusion for a specified period can be requested if needed.
  • If signs of gaming addiction appear, contact the support team immediately.

  • Both the member and 9v777 will try to reach a resolution through discussion.
  • For all dispute settlements, the data stored on 9v777's servers will be considered as the final evidence.

9v777 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Important changes will be published on the platform before they take effect.
